This duplex has been designed to fit within almost any neighborhood and address almost any household size. It works on all but the smallest parcels, too.

The front unit is largest, and the same in each configuration.

There are two options for the rear unit. One is a small flex unit, that can be used either as a separate apartment or a primary suite. The second option is a larger independent unit. In either case, both units have a front door and private rear yard. All configurations can be constructed either with a stoop or porch.
